Highlight of a generally quiet weekend was a party of 7 Lapland Buntings flying south at eye-level past the car parks at Strumble Head. No sign of any Snow Buntings there yesterday. Today, Merlin at Freshwater West, Kingfisher at Bosherston, a few Chiffchaffs in Castlemartin, and 4 Little Egrets and an adult winter Med Gull in Angle Harbour.
