A beautiful morning. Lots of song (from skylarks, meadow pipits, reed buntings, a couple of Cetti's, etc.), 2 greylags, 4 territorial lapwings, plenty of snipe in the wet fen meadow, herons, chough and raven overhead, a fox on the far side.
But no harriers.
