... I heard the plover going over but couldn't get on it 6.15. The Marsh Harrier continued to cover the mere until 7.45, putting up a surprising number of duck c80 I could just pick out the male Tuftie and half a dozen Teal otherwise all Mallard, some of the duck dropped into the field by Trehill Farm, no snipe or any other waders as far as I could see tonight.
