Another Yellow-browed Warbler

A new yellow-browed warbler was ringed in woodland at Llandilo, Maenclochog yesterday morning, caught in exactly the same net position as the previous individual on 1st October. It makes you wonder just how many of this species are currently lurking in woodland within the county at the moment. Both individuals were associated with parties of goldcrests and coal tits, rather than the blue tit/long-tailed tit flocks, but neither bird was heard calling so would probably have gone undetected if they hadn't appeared in a mist net.
