Firecrests

With Skokholm having a good autumn for Firecrests and Steve S ringing 4 a couple of weeks ago, we knew that it was only a matter of time before we caught some on the Teifi Marsh.
Yesterday we ringed one and another 3 today.

Since 2009 we had only ringed 7 before so definitely an exceptional year for them.
Brambling are around this autumn too. Only 16 ringed before and all of those in spring 2013.
