The Gann

Late afternoon, 21 Whimbrel inc colour ringed  "C58" from what I could make out it appears to have been ringed in Mid-Wales so awaiting confirmation. Also in with a  small Dunlin flock was what I at first thought was a Knot but the slender down-curved bill & dark patch on the bend of the wing had me thinking otherwise so I contacted Dave who felt (due to the image quality) it may be a Curlew Sandpipier but couln`t be certain.
