This afternoons wander found the Water Pipit feeding in the fresh water stream next to the saltmarsh, plus 2 Snipe, 1Grey Plover and 1Dunlin. Also seen in that area was a Chiffchaff, 2 Mistle Thrushes, 6 Bullfinches (2 f, 4 m) and a female Siskin. I got home in time to watch the Wrens coming into roost above my backdoor, I counted 6 before it became too dark to see how many do spend the night there.
