Probable Cranes, Milford Haven

Approaching Johnston from Sentry Cross direction at 5.30pm this evening, I noticed what appeared to be 2 geese flying side-by-side in the direction of Milford. Keeping an eye on them (and the traffic) as I got to the new roundabout I realised they were much further away than I thought, and therefore much, much bigger!! I noticed how shallow and steady their wing beats were. I headed straight across towards Tiers Cross hoping to get a closer view, but they swung due south towards Milford or beyond. I drove to Hebrandston and back via Milford but no further sign. In a nutshell, huge, long necked, dark winged (silhouetted against clear evening sky), flying side-by-side had me immediately thinking Cranes...
