An hour at the Gann late afternoon - the Long-billed Dowitcher still present in its usual spot, though it was only on the way back from a walk up the river that I saw it (looking across the lagoon). Wildfowly things included a drake Goldeneye, 4 Little Grebe, 4 Great-crested Grebe, 17 Wigeon, 16 Teal & 5 Shelduck. Waders included a Bar-tailed Godwit, a Greenshank, and 8 Redshank. The gulls contained 10 Mediterranean (3 ad, 3 3CY, 3 2CY), c.130 Common & c.40 Black-headed. Finally, 2 Little Egret on the river.
