A magical evening with Brian Southern at Ty Rhyg watching Nightjars. Way before dusk a female flushed from beside a track, the first female either of us has seen here. A male showed well (without churring) at the same spot just before 10pm. About 20 minutes later we heard 2 males churring at a different spot, and 1 of these birds finished off the show with some wing clapping. Simply magical stuff.
