A very smart Ruff was the highlight for me at the Gann yesterday afternoon. Also present on the lagoons were 3 Greenshank, at least a dozen Redshank and a Common Sandpiper, as well as 4 Little Egret, a Grey Heron and the pair of Mute Swans, with a Cygnet still in tow.
