First bird to pop up was a Sandwich Tern dip feeding off the end of the Green Breakwater. No pics but 3 Swifts whizzed in off the sea and over our heads. A Tystie (Black Guillemot) had been taking advantage of the calm sea outside the harbour, snapped by Ken returning past us. An encouraging sight, post the Bird Flu epedemic that took out a third of the Grassholm Gannet colony, was these subadults showing new recruitment to the depleted colony!
