Possible "Sinensis" Cormorant at Fishguard Harbour

I had a possible Phalacrocorax carbo sinensis at Fishguard Harbour late this afternoon. Seen initially on the Flagpoles side of the inner breakwater, it subsequently flew into the harbour.
