Mere this evening: Garganey still in usual spot. 10 Snipe, 3 Shovelers, c12 Teal, 5 Wheatear and a Ringed Plover. Kestrel flying over pursued by many Swallows. Gann last light: Many Pied Wagtails (100?) moving from foreshore over ridge to roost in reed bed nearest car park, reed stems adorned with them. 2 Dunlin, 2 Ringed Plover and a Black-tailed Godwit. Also 5 Little Egrets on foreshore.
