Around the Tenby area

Spring was in the air this morning in Tenby with plenty of Mpipits and Skylarks displaying on the golf course and on Giltar Point. A female Wheatear was feeding on the golf course but later left as the golfers arrived. Good numbers of Chiffchaff were in the area, over 12 were singing behind south beach. Amongst them were 6 Willow Warblers (my first of year) most of them were behind south beach but a few were on Giltar aswell. My first 3 Swallows of the year flew overhead and 2 Cetti's Warblers were singing in the reeds by the entrance to Penally range. On Giltar I had a scan out to St Margaret's Island. Loads of Razorbills, Guillemots and a single Puffin were visible sitting on the water by the island.
