At 1440 hours near Kilbarth I was surprised to see a tight group of 6 Sandwich Terns steadily making their way southwards in parallel with the Western Cleddau. I've seen this species cutting overland across Goodwick Moor in the past but not seen them this far inland until to day. Perhaps the low cloud following rain had brought them down from a greater height ?
