Four Green Sandpipers - Teifi

A minimum of four Green Sandpipers around Mallard pond tonight. Swifts still present and c150 Swallows came in to roost. Six Teal at Creek hide yesterday appear to be the first back.
Common Sandpipers are around the estuary in small numbers - from the cliffs under the Cliff Hotel to the river on the reserve. Other waders in very small numbers, Whimbrel, Dunlin, Sanderling, Ringed Plover and Redshank.
500 Canada Geese are off the Railings, with one Bar-headed Goose and 27 moulting Mute Swans. The Cardigan Island Barnacle Goose flock is currently c70 birds. Five Sandwich Terns were feeding in the mouth of the river.
