An earlier walk along the river path found 2 Common Sandpipers, 1 Dunlin, 2 Greenshank,
1 Kingfisher, a juv Peregrine was sitting on the saltmarsh and 2 Greylag Geese flew in from the estuary @ 07.40 but decided they didn't want to join the small Newport Canada flock and carried on flying towards Cardigan.
