St Davids Head - Barred Warbler

A Barred Warbler was about 150 metres behind Porthmelgan Beach in trackside scrub, just before the crosstracks, this morning. It showed well, if briefly, in the sunshine though it was shadowed and pestered a bit by some of the local Stonechat toughs. Also Merlin, Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff a handful (probably literally) of Goldcrests and a Bonxie, which was ok for a 30 second sea-watch.
