Rosemary's post below says it all - a glorious morning at the Deer Park. I saw 8 Wheatears there altogether, just one a female. Five were near Rath Cottage and very approachable. Also 4 Chough and 1 Chiffchaff.
Round at Marloes it was pretty quiet on the mere and along the coast towards Martins Haven there were 3 Wheatears (all males) and 4 Stonechats.
At the Gann middayish, there were 17 Brents on the, distant, shoreline and on the pools a further 3 Brents - one pale and 2 dark bellied. Also 1 Greenshank, 2 Redshank, a few Teal and a pair of lingering Goldeneye.
