U3 the Irish-ringed bird seen here on passage last year (see Rosemary and Dereks posts March 2015). 3 GC grebe, 4 Goldeneye about 20 teal. C40 Med gulls 27 adult, 10 1st W, 3 2nd W. 280 Common gulls. A juv Peregrine did 3 fly throughs moving all the gulls each time.
Graham at the Irish Brent Goose project confirmed U3 went back to France this winter and now heading back north, he'd be interested to know how long it stays and of any other ringed brent.
