Ringed Starling.

A daily visitor to our garden for several weeks, now at last, after several kilos of suet pellets, hours of sitting in the conservatory with bins & camera & the help of Lee Barber (BTO)  Number 4091321 is almost certainly a Scandinavian bird from the Stockholm ringing scheme. Hoping more details will emerge soon.
