Ringed Starling
Could be one of three birds ringed in the past 5-6 years in Sweden, a blurred / missing number prevents accurate ID. Thanks to Tuomo Kolemainen the go-to ringing guy in Sweden for deciphering the dodgy pics I sent him - like this one!
