St Davids Hd and Sealyham

A quiet but lovely morning at the Head, 15 Choughs were present and a Merlin. The variety of Meadow Pipit tones is always interesting. The one below was almost Red-throated like from some angles. The usual early Adder is out again, just as we look for the first Wheatear.

In the Anghof Valley there are now four Herons at nests, an increase on last year. At Sealyham there's a Green Sandpiper still and the resident Otter put in an appearance - the first for a while, undeterred by building work.
