Balearic Shearwater

From Mervyn Jones - One from the Dale Princess yesterday picked up by Karl one of the Skomer boatmen.  He said thats not a manx ,its to dark and larger than our birds. I got onto it briefly and confirmed it as a Balearic but thought it much to early for one to be here so thought i would look at past pembs dates .    Good old Graham and Jack's book came up trumps yet again when i saw there was one April record.   Also Selsey and Sortland have had a couple this spring so  this will be the second April record for Pembs unless anyone knows differently.
