An early returning Wigeon this evening feeding with 3 Little Egrets, 2 Greenshank and 3 Redshank viewed from the Railings. c100 small waders out in the middle and this this morning's breakdown at roost on Patch was - 1 juv Little Stint, 3 Turnstone, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Sanderling, 80 Dunlin, 50 Ringed Plover.
Returning Teal have already increased to 41, and c80 Mallard. Two Greylags with the Canada Geese, and a further 9 Common Sandpipers at The old Jewson site.
