Gann-ness monster?

Activity at or just below the surface of the lagoon for a few minutes had me intrigued - then this Otter appeared. It looked at me from "periscope depth" for a second or two before submerging & vanishing, I never saw it again. Same animal as last week? Birdwise quiet given the windy conditions.
