BT Diver at Amroth

Seawatching off Amroth this morning was rewarded with a Black-throated Diver. A great bird and the first I've ever seen there. Otherwise fairly standard, two very large, but distant, Scoter flocks about 2,000+ birds in all, 3 RT Divers, a GC Grebe and a female Red-breasted Merganser. As the tide dropped the gulls started to build on the beach. A ringed 1st winter Great Black-backed Gull caught my attention but it flew before I had a good look at the ring. Then at Wisemans's Bridge more gulls present including the 1st winter Yellow-legged Gull and luckily, the ringed Great Black-backed Gull. Managed to read the ring this time, red ring with code 'W:099'. I believe it's a Skokholm ringed bird?
