Couldn't see any off Newgale late afternoon, but further south there were 3 flocks visible from Nolton Haven, in excess of 600 birds. Just over 100 to the north, roughly in line with Rickett's Head, around 400 between Nolton and Druidston, and another 100+ further south off Haroldston Chins. All very distant and the light wasn't great. Could be something in there, but need a morning visit and ideally the birds to be closer! The good feeding must be further out than it has historically - maybe a result of the 2014 storms?
