Had a good look and listen in Monk Haven this morning. At least one Firecrest and 2-3 Chiffchaff, inc one briefly in song. The gate to Water Treatment Works was open with work going on in there. 2 of the Chiffchaff were favouring the tall alders between car park and WTW so mostly silhouetted. Plenty of fly life.
Brief look at the Gann 7 GC grebe and 2 Great Northerns in the bay. Richard S was staking out the flock of wigeon (inc the American wigeon) who were playing hide and seek. Hope you got some shots, Rich.
