An interesting selection of gulls in Fishguard today, the 1st winter Glaucous Gull was present in the harbour for most of the morning at least, an adult Yellow-legged Gull was in Lower Town Harbour in mid afternoon, where the 3rd winter 'Scandinavian' Herring Gull (L.a.argentatus) was also still present - last reported there in December '16'. Also seen in the harbours was a Red-throated Diver,
adult Gannet and summer plumaged Guillemot. Elsewhere, the Cattle Egret was still near the iron bridge in Newport this afternoon.
