Thanks for the nudge Derek. The small waders were hard to count - I got to 150+ Dunlin, 17 Ringed Plover, 4 Sanderling & 2 Turnstone. Minimum counts. The 7 Grey Plover included the cracking breeding plumaged bird Derek refers to - an absolute stunner, can't imagine a better looking wader. Also a drake Teal & a Little Egret. A very quick look at Marloes Mere from the Oriole Hide revealed some 30+ Swallows but still no Swift for me, despite a good passage today (e.g. on Skomer).
With these continued easterlies, its only a matter of time before someone bumps into something really special....
