St Davids and Lochvane, Tuesday

 

Choughs near the coast at Lochvane with autumn visitors arriving: 4 Long Tailed Tits, 2 Mistle Thrush a Jay and 2 Snipe. At the Golf Club more Chough, a Peregrine and a Kestrel being mercilessly pursued by Rooks. Also 10 Swallow flying North into the storm and 2 flocks of about 100 Starling, one had an individual with a vivid white rump, still visible when on the ground, no equipment for a closer look! At the airfield  5 Redwing and a lovely flock of over 100 Goldfinch.
