A kingfisher yesterday was the second in a couple of weeks (the other being on the coast at Carn ar wig), plus a little egret on the moor yesterday. Good numbers of bullfinches in this area at the moment and a notable influx of song thrush today. Around 30 curlew at Newgale as we drove past plus others heard at St John's point (there were 30+ there last week)
