The Webs count at Newport this am was entirely predictable, apart from 30 Common Gulls. Finally scanning the small flock of BH Gulls at the iron bridge in the hope of a Med or a darvic ring, there, at the water's edge, in with the gull flock, was a Cattle Egret.
It just sat there.
