Thanks to a timely call from Sash via Dave M I managed to pick the harrier up flying along the south coast of the island, which is a bit of a shame cos I'd got myself ready for it and was waiting on the north side of the island. It did cut in when it crossed South Haven but I couldn't find it again this evening.
It did have very pointed wings and bouncy flight but from the distant views I had tonight I couldn't be sure it was the same bird as yesterday.
