I got a mate who knows a lot more about raptors than me to have a look & he was pretty happy with the pattern of the secondaries for a Monty's, although obviously the photos aren't up to much. I am a little concerned that I think I can maybe see a thin collar on the first photo and the wings do seem a bit broad?
I'm hoping it will have roosted in North Valley, at least I know what to look for now!
