LT this mid afternoon;-
The highlight being 8 Black-tailed Godwits, c6+ Little Grebe, c30 Shelduck, c400 Dunlin amongst the 100's of Wigeon, Teal, & Redshank.
On nearby lanes, seemingly endless numbers of Blackbirds & Song Thrushes feeding alongside the sheltered road,... including an adult male Blackbird, with plumage like a Zebra with a bright yellow bill.....(we could almost have been in Sri lanka....Pied Thrush!)
