Still present at 15:40, although not that easy, eventually found them from the hill going towards St. David's. Could not be seen from Newgale Hill or the car park behind the D of E.
Janet did see them at midday from the D of E but distant.
Janet also had a flock of c200 Lapwings from the main road nr The Dowrog on stubble.
St. David's Airfield;-
1 rt Hen Harrier, late am, also 20 Lapwing & 15 Snipe over.
