At Kilpaison this morning soon after 7 a.m. as the tide fell a nice selection of waders. A group of 1 Knot, 4 Turnstone, 1 Sanderling and 4 Dunlin were later joined by a further 10 Dunlin, 2 Ringed Plovers and, a real treat, a juvenile Little Stint. It's staggering just how small these miniature waders are when you get up close!
