First of the year (2 birds heading south) on 26/3 - the earliest date in the past 6 years, but then we haven't had weather like this in March for the past 6 years! Another one today. Single golden plover feeding in the northern fields today. Looks like being just 2 pairs of lapwing again this year. Any at Kilpaison (or anywhere else)?
