From Mike Jones - Yesterday walking 12.5 miles St Dogmaels to Newport, the highlights were, 140 Atlantic Grey Seals on Traeth Godir-cock (Cemaes Head), 1 common lizzard, 3 pairs of Stonechat, 1 Whitethroat, 2 Wheatear, 1 Peregrine,1 pair of Chough,and a few Sand Martins.
