Melodious warbler seen briefly around the buildings yesterday was caught in a mist net and ringed this morning. Second for Skokholm this year.
While we've been working indoors most of the last fortnight we've been keeping track of the reasonable passage of Willow and Sedge Warblers and Whitethroats, none in large numbers. In the last week Robins have been on the move, with up to eight now seen regularly where for most of the year there have been none.
