Kete to Watwick
Large flock of corvids seemed to adopting a defensive ball over towards the airfield, wheeling around starling-like. Heavy showers so only noticed a couple of Wheatear on coast path to lighthouse. Mill Bay full of birds - Bull Finches, Chaffinches, Linnets, Great Tits, Blue Tits, Robins, Blackbirds and Dunnock. 3 Moorhen and a drake Teal on pond. Female kestrel hoovering then perched on tower at West Blockhouse. 20+ pheasants in fields above Watwick, heads popping up and down just above crop. Watwick - flock of 6-8 Blue Tits, with 8 Long-tailed tits and 2 Goldcrest. 15 Blackbirds and 6 Song Thrush. Pipits and skylarks calling in fields by Maryborough Farm.
