A male Hen Harrier flew from Newton Farm towards Castlemartin Corse this morning, while a Brambling was present in a mixed flock of finches and Reed Buntings in a stubble field on the Angle road (between Newton Farm and the Freshwater West turning). Otherwise, many hundreds of birds, mostly Skylarks, were flying west out to sea at Freshwater West.
