Red kite was the highlight today along with a female type black redstart plus 7 snow buntings moving west. A good raptor day also saw hen harrier, merlin, peregrine, sparrowhawk, kestrel and buzzard logged. Small numbers of fieldfare and redwing passed over this morning along with a good movement of starlings (320+ west)
