A couple of hours at Strumble this morning produced the usual suspects, lots of Manxies, Fulmars and large Auks but not the Stormie I'd hoped for. Also there's a very interesting post on the North Wales website (We Bird North Wales) at present by 'Marcbuzzard' regarding Ringed Plovers (including the information that '
tundrae' is now '
psammadrama'). It's more detailed than the post I blogged earlier in the spring and suggests they're getting quite a few of them. I highly recommend it to anyone watching waders in Pembs.
