Sprinkle Pill & yesterday at Dale

Haven't visited this site for a while (has anyone? not according to Blog posts!) so a nice walk this evening in flat calm conditions was lovely.  A good count of 13 Little Egrets, around 60 Teal (all in eclipse), on the wader front 15 Ringed Plover, 2 Dunlin and 4 smashing juvenile Greenshank.  Amongst a sizeable gull flock (mostly Lesser Black-backs & Black-heads) was an adult Common Gull and a smart juv >> 1st winter Mediterranean Gull.

Yesterday at the Gann 6 Dunlin, 4 Ringed Plover, a single Knot, 4 Wheatear & 6 White Wagtails.  Very little at St. Ann's Head in the fog (if anyone has £950k going spare you can snap up the 5 coastguard cottages!), at Dale Airfield a neat little flock of 8 Dunlin making use of the water on the main runway.
