Goodwick Moor

In all that rain yesterday, at Goodwick Moor:
One water rail and one Cetti's warbler heard.  The Cetti's gave a rambling series of quite varied calls over a few minutes, with short sections of song mixed in.
35 x oystercatchers on the rugby field with BHG, HG and CGulls
6 x lapwings flew over, also a flock of about 12 dunlin + 3 knot-sized waders
(130 lapwing and 80 curlew in fields near Berry Hill, Newport in the evening)
And a particularly noisy flock of long-tailed tits at the eastern end, near the pub.
