Yesterday (Saturday) ;-
Ringed a couple of bramblings at Mullock amongst Chaffinch flocks and several heard overhead. Still good numbers of Chaffinches around but numbers of migrants seem to have dropped off a bit now. Both continental Blackbirds (dark billed sooty birds) and Chaffinches (long winged and heavy birds - up to 26g) evident now too.
At dusk - Short -eared Owl at Marloes Mere
